Option 1

1.That the Church may always proclaim the universal kingship of Jesus Christ, inviting all peoples to enter His kingdom of truth, justice, love, and peace, let us pray to the Lord.Lord, hear our prayer.
2.That world leaders may recognize Christ as the true King and govern their nations according to His law of love, serving the least of His brethren, let us pray to the Lord.Lord, hear our prayer.
3.For all humanity, that they may acknowledge Christ's sovereignty over their hearts and lives, and find in Him their ultimate hope and salvation, let us pray to the Lord.Lord, hear our prayer.
4.That we may be faithful subjects of Christ the King, striving to build His kingdom on earth through our works of mercy, justice, and compassion, let us pray to the Lord.Lord, hear our prayer.
5.That our local community, celebrating Christ's universal kingship, may be a shining sign of His reign, where all are welcomed and served in His name, let us pray to the Lord.Lord, hear our prayer.

Option 2

1.For Pope Leo XIV and all pastors, that they may lead us with the wisdom and authority of Christ, our Shepherd and King, let us pray to the Lord.Lord, hear our prayer.
2.That every nation and culture may be brought under the gentle rule of Christ, finding in Him the fulfillment of their deepest aspirations for peace and unity, let us pray to the Lord.Lord, hear our prayer.
3.For those who do not yet know Christ or who reject His kingship, that their hearts may be opened to His truth and His merciful love, let us pray to the Lord.Lord, hear our prayer.
4.That our lives may be a constant act of homage to Christ the King, offering Him our hearts, our minds, our strength, and our service, let us pray to the Lord.Lord, hear our prayer.
5.For our parish, that it may be a true portion of Christ's kingdom, where His love is lived, His justice is practiced, and His peace reigns, let us pray to the Lord.Lord, hear our prayer.

Variations if Solemnity is not celebrated

Option 1

1.That the Church may always be prepared for the final judgment, her members living lives of charity and service to the least among us, let us pray to the Lord.Lord, hear our prayer.
2.That world leaders may govern with justice and compassion, recognizing their accountability before the eternal King, let us pray to the Lord.Lord, hear our prayer.
3.For all who are hungry, thirsty, naked, sick, or imprisoned, that they may receive our loving care and see in us the face of Christ, let us pray to the Lord.Lord, hear our prayer.
4.That we may not be found among the goats at the last judgment, but among the sheep who ministered to Christ in His brothers and sisters, let us pray to the Lord.Lord, hear our prayer.
5.That our local community may be a place where the corporal works of mercy are actively practiced and where all are committed to serving the needy, let us pray to the Lord.Lord, hear our prayer.
