Here are prayers of the faithful for this week (Monday July 8th – Sunday July 14th), and written following the instructions of the General instructions of the Roman Missal.

PRAYERS OF THE FAITHFUL THIS WEEK (July 8 – 14)
The sets of intentions in this post contain two optional intentions, labeled I and II. Intention I addresses a local, topical need for the living, while Intention II is for the deceased, with an option to add names if customary.
Monday, July 8th, 2024
- For the Church, that she may faithfully proclaim the Gospel and be a beacon of hope in the world, let us pray to the Lord.
- For world leaders, that they may govern with justice and compassion, let us pray to the Lord.
- For those suffering from chronic illnesses, that they may find healing and hope in Christ, let us pray to the Lord.
- For families experiencing difficulties, that they may be strengthened by God’s love, let us pray to the Lord.
- For those struggling with anxiety, that they may find peace in God’s presence, let us pray to the Lord.
