Monday – January 13th, 2025
- For the Church, that she may faithfully proclaim Christ as the definitive Word of God to our world today, let us pray to the Lord.
- For government leaders, that they may govern with wisdom and justice, seeking the common good of all people, let us pray to the Lord.
- For those who have not yet encountered Christ, that they may open their hearts to his call to repentance and faith in the Gospel, let us pray to the Lord.

II. For those who have died, that they may dwell in the light of God’s presence, especially N., let us pray to the Lord.

- That the holy Catholic Church may always reflect the glory of Christ, the eternal Son of God, let us pray to the Lord.
- For world leaders working to address climate change, that they may implement effective policies to protect our common home, let us pray to the Lord.
- For those struggling with addiction, that they may find strength to repent and believe in the liberating power of the Gospel, let us pray to the Lord.
- For workers facing unemployment or underemployment, that they may find dignified work to support themselves and their families, let us pray to the Lord.

I. For healthcare workers serving the sick and vulnerable, that they may be strengthened in their ministry of healing, let us pray to the Lord.

Tuesday – January 14th, 2025
- For the Church, that she may continually proclaim Jesus as the pioneer of our salvation, let us pray to the Lord.
- For those in positions of authority, that they may use their power to serve others and promote the dignity of all people, let us pray to the Lord.
- For those afflicted by evil spirits or mental illness, that they may experience Christ’s healing power and liberating presence, let us pray to the Lord.
- For teachers and students, that they may grow in wisdom and understanding, let us pray to the Lord.
- For our local community, that we may be attentive to Christ’s authoritative teaching in our lives, let us pray to the Lord.
I. For those suffering from chronic pain or illness in our parish, that they may find comfort and strength in Christ, let us pray to the Lord.
II. For our deceased relatives and friends, especially N., that they may enter into the fullness of God’s glory, let us pray to the Lord.

- For the Church’s mission of evangelization, that we may effectively share God’s love with the world. Let us pray to the Lord.
For legislators working to address gun violence, that they may enact laws that promote public safety and respect for human life, let us pray to the Lord. - For those struggling with addictions, that they may find freedom and healing through Christ’s power, let us pray to the Lord.
- For families facing economic hardship due to inflation, that they may receive the support they need, let us pray to the Lord.

Wednesday – January 15th, 2025
- For the Church, that she may always proclaim Christ as our merciful and faithful high priest, let us pray to the Lord.
- For world leaders, that they may work to liberate those held captive by poverty, oppression, or human trafficking, let us pray to the Lord.
- For the sick and suffering, that they may experience Christ’s healing touch through the care of others, let us pray to the Lord.
- For those engaged in evangelization, that they may bring the light of Christ to those living in darkness, let us pray to the Lord.
- For our parish community, that we may grow in our commitment to intercessory prayer, let us pray to the Lord.
I. For those in our community struggling with mental health challenges, that they may find appropriate care and support, let us pray to the Lord.

For government leaders, that they may work to ensure access to healthcare for all people, especially the most vulnerable, let us pray to the Lord. - For those suffering from leprosy or other stigmatizing illnesses, that they may experience Christ’s healing touch and be fully integrated into society, let us pray to the Lord.
- For medical researchers, that their work may lead to new treatments and cures for diseases, let us pray to the Lord.
- For our community, that we may grow in compassion for those who are outcast or marginalized, let us pray to the Lord.
