OPTION #2

  1. For the unity of the Church, let us pray to the Lord.
  2. For the salvation of the whole world, that all may come to know the joy of God’s promise, let us pray to the Lord.
  3. For those weighed down by fear and discouragement, that they may be renewed in God’s love, let us pray to the Lord.
  4. For our local community, that we may always trust in God’s promises, let us pray to the Lord.
  5. For our parish community, that the love of God may renew us, let us pray to the Lord.

II. That those who have died, especially N., may be granted eternal rest and peace, let us pray to the Lord.

    OPTION #3

    1. For the Church’s pastors, that they may lead with wisdom and courage, let us pray to the Lord.
    2. For our leaders, that they may act justly and promote the well-being of all people, let us pray to the Lord.
    3. For those who are suffering, that they may experience the joy and comfort of God’s presence, let us pray to the Lord.
    4. For our local community, that we may support one another in faith and love, let us pray to the Lord.
    5. For the needs of our parish, especially those facing difficulties, let us pray to the Lord.

    II. That the souls of the departed, especially N., may be welcomed into God’s kingdom, let us pray to the Lord.

      OPTION #4

      1. For the holy Church, that it may continue to bring the message of hope and salvation to all, let us pray to the Lord.
      2. For those in authority, that they may govern with wisdom and compassion, let us pray to the Lord.
      3. For those in need of healing and comfort, that the Lord may renew them with His love, let us pray to the Lord.
      4. For families burdened by financial stress or unemployment, let us pray to the Lord.
      5. For our local community, that we may always be mindful of God’s mercy and extend it to others, let us pray to the Lord.

      II. That the faithful departed, especially N., may rest in the peace of Christ, let us pray to the Lord.

        OPTION #5

        1. For the Church under persecution, that it may remain steadfast in faith and hope, let us pray to the Lord.
        2. For the world, that it may experience the peace and justice of God’s kingdom, let us pray to the Lord.
        3. For those burdened by fear or despair, that they may be uplifted by God’s love, let us pray to the Lord.
        4. For those oppressed by violence, injustice or persecution, let us pray to the Lord.
        5. That our parish may be a welcoming spiritual home, let us pray to the Lord.
