Option 1

1.That the Church may always intercede with the faith of Jairus — coming to Jesus, falling at His feet, and asking Him to lay His hand on those who are dying, trusting He can restore life, let us pray to the Lord.Lord, hear our prayer.

2.That world leaders may have the courage of the woman in the crowd — reaching through every obstacle toward the source of healing — and not be deterred by those who ridicule their hope, let us pray to the Lord.Lord, hear our prayer.

3.For the seriously ill and those told there is no hope, that they may hear Christ's word to Jairus: Come — and to the woman: Take courage — your faith has saved you, let us pray to the Lord.Lord, hear our prayer.

4.That we may not lose faith when the situation seems too late, knowing that what looks like sleep to Christ is what the world calls death, and He can raise what He wills, let us pray to the Lord.Lord, hear our prayer.
