2.That world leaders may build their policies on the solid rock of truth and justice, not on the shifting sands of expediency or popular approval, let us pray to the Lord.Lord, hear our prayer.

4.That we may be wise builders who hear Christ's words and act on them, knowing that a faith not lived is a house built on sand, let us pray to the Lord.Lord, hear our prayer.
5.That our local community may hear the word of God with the astonishment of the crowd โ€” for He speaks with authority โ€” and respond with wholehearted obedience, let us pray to the Lord.Lord, hear our prayer.
Optional:For our sick, bereaved, etc., special projects or events.Lord, hear our prayer.
That N. and all the faithful departed who built their lives on Christ's word may now dwell securely in His eternal kingdom, let us pray to the Lord.Lord, hear our prayer.

4.That we may build every decision, relationship, and ambition on the rock of Christ's teaching, so that no storm of life can wash it away, let us pray to the Lord.Lord, hear our prayer.
5.For our parish, that it may be astonished anew by the authority of Christ's word and moved not merely to admire His teaching but to obey it wholeheartedly, let us pray to the Lord.Lord, hear our prayer.
Optional:For a deeper commitment to living out the Gospel โ€” not merely hearing but doing the Father's will.Lord, hear our prayer.
That N. and all who have died may find their eternal dwelling in the house built on rock โ€” Christ Himself โ€” where no flood can reach, let us pray to the Lord.Lord, hear our prayer.
Pro Life Option

Prayers of the Faithful for the 13TH SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME
