1.That the Church, knowing that eternal life consists in knowing the Father and the Son he has sent, may always place this knowledge at the center of all her preaching, worship, and mission, let us pray to the Lord.Lord, hear our prayer.
2.That world leaders may recognize that authority over all flesh is given for the purpose of eternal life—not worldly power—and so govern for the flourishing of every person they serve, let us pray to the Lord.Lord, hear our prayer.
